Prospectus Central LLC, based in Fitzgerald, GA, an electronic document delivery provider of prospectus and related compliance documents, sells to R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (NasdaqGS: RRD). According to R.R. Donnelley, "[RRD's] goals remains to help its customers succeed by delivering effective and targeted communications in the right format to the right audiences at the right time." Prospectus Central's e-delivery platform enables RRD to fulfill this goal in investor communications with prospectus and other related compliance documents.
