Biography: Carol Cordray

Carol is the Chief Financial Officer of the Legacy Companies. In addition to her role as CFO, Carol works with the banking team on capital raising, mergers & acquisitions and other projects. Most recently she was Vice President of Finance for the Airline Division of Stewart & Stevenson Tug, LLC, a unit of Stewart & Stevenson Inc. (Nasdaq:SSSS). Prior to that position, Carol worked as Controller and Treasurer of Tug Manufacturing Corporation, a manufacturer and distributor internationally of specialized airline related tow tractors. Carol also has previous experience in corporate accounting with Neptune International-Whellabrator Frye, Inc. and Container Corporation of America. Carol is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Cordray is a Cum Laude graduate of Emory University and holds a Master of International Management from the Thunderbird School in Phoenix, Arizona.
